What I'm eating for lunch today:
(In case you were wondering 🤔🙄🤣)
Veggie broth with rice noodles. I added Not Chick'n bouillon by Edward & Sons Trading Co., Inc. with some scallions (I like a lot). Cannot forget the sweet chili oil and sriracha because they make this quick and easy (it tools 5mins) lunch just perfect.

Just 3 easy steps and this delicious lunch is done.

1️⃣ Sauté chickpeas and mushrooms
2️⃣ Cook steamed rice noodles in veggie broth with organic spices
3️⃣ Add sriracha and sweet chili oil. Combine.. Enjoy.. Eat well
