As we sit here and eat breakfast, we're talking about how proud we are of ourselves and each other. We've set goals and we're making progress toward them each day.
We did T25 lower focus this morning and ((as you might've guessed)) it's ALL LEGS! I feel like I've been doing nothing but legs for a week already.
But hey ... ya can't have a good side kick without strong legs. Right?!!? I'm getting used to the intense focus and the soreness that follows. It's awesome!!! Lol
Want to start sweating with your loved one?!!? I heard somewhere that couples who sweat together - stay together. Sounds legit to me. Working through hard 💩 ..then getting those endorphins rushing in is a sure fire way to bring people together. Facts!
