Ummm- Hella vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Ever heard of 'em?!! Lol. I'm kidding. I get it- it's intimidating at first. I'm still learning and growing each day so it's important not to worry about being 'perfect'. It's not all or nothing as far as I'm concerned.
