Day #1/21

Resetting my body has commenced and I'm so thankful to have an arsenal of workout programs to choose from on demand. I can't do anything too strenuous because the body can't repair muscle while detoxing effectively, but I have a variety of yoga and low impact exercises to chose from.

Do you need help with a meal plan? ...portion control? ...recipes? ...an exercise routine? ...accountability? I FEEL YOU because realistically we all need help in these areas. (Notice my bracelet to keep me on track for the next 21 days) --> accountability on lock. Even coaches have coaches- ya dig?

Here's the thing: I want to help you reach your goals. It's February and unfortunately a lot of people who had exercising on their resolution list this year have already given up. NOOOO! Don't be a statistic and holla at ya girl- I gotchu.
