R.I.P to my Aunts Charlene and Judy

<3 IN LOVING MEMORY <3
of my beautiful aunt's... Charlene and Judy. My dad got this to honor their lives and I LOVE IT!!! They were taken too soon by Huntington's Disease, but their souls are free now and I believe our energies will reconnect one day.
<3
Dad's tattoo is healing nicely after just one day. Wow! Quite impressive actually. ((Those healing vibes from above, perhaps?))
😳👍💪
He's upset he didn't bring his clubs, but getting time with his button is far more important. PEOPLE are irreplaceable and things are just things. LOVE IS ALL THAT MATTERS!
🏌️⛳️👏
Even though the visit has gone by super fast ... spending time together has been awesome!!!

We're definitely feeling T25 total body circuit immediately ...since yesterday was our rest day.
😳👌😵
But our girl was up before the sun in anticipation of St. Valentine's Day I guess. Lol. She doesn't get that from me. I'm the first to say-- don't buy me anything. My daughter on the other hand might not ever speak those words in her life. ((Regardless of the holiday)).
😂😂😂
She got a small box of candy and a card with stickers. Later I'll be making another ((healthier)) treat ... I can't wait. It's our tradition.
🍫🍓😍
I hope everyone enjoys their day. Whether you love V-day or are anti V-day... it's still an opportunity to go out a have, be, or do anything in this life because YOU ARE LIMITLESS!!!

Your body is your TEMPLE

Dinner is served.
👏👏👏
I made a hemp and greens burger for me (beyond meat 'beast burger' for the hubs) and a giant sweet potato and salad for the sides. So good!
👌😍✅
Your body is a temple- treat it as such. I can tell you how amazing it feels to provide your body with nutrient rich food, but honestly...you have to feel it to understand. Eat like you give a 💩... you won't regret the investment in your health- guaranteed.

I SEE YOU

I SEE YOU👀
Your posts no longer have YOU in them. I see your beautiful children and your pets... You put the needs of your family and others before your own. And if I see you- you're hiding behind something. You don't want your arms showing or your belly and 'oh my god if you post the pic of me ((and my 3 chins)) I'll kill you'!!! You've gained weight and you don't feel like you anymore. Am I right?!!
😳 💩 😐
I WAS YOU...
sometimes those insecurities are still there creeping up- saying you'll never have your ideal body.
STOP✋
First of all- appreciate all your body does for you. Every inhale and exhale is a gift. You're alive and meant to have anything you want in this life.
YOU ARE LIMITLESS
You have the power to change your life and not fall victim to your circumstances. I'm here to tell you there IS another way- you can create your reality.
💯 😍 🎯

Need a change? I can help. No judgement--> Just results. But you gotta be ready to WORK!

Differences don't define us.

I don't like chocolate ice cream, but I don't dislike the people who do.
🚫 🍦 😱
Why would I right?!!? Sounds ridiculous doesn't it??
🤔 😳 😐
Preferences, even beliefs, shouldn't cause you to mass judge all people who disagree with your point of view. Cause.. ya know.. beyond ice cream differences, we need to be able to harness our power of cooperation. We can all do it- together!!! Getting💩 done - despite differences.
🙌 👊 🤝
We see a disconnect between massive groups of people over religion, politics, lifestyle choices, and relationships too. ((Plus hella other reasons- all nonsense)) Like how immature to assume you're right?
💯 👏 🎯
In a lot of ways I'm very go with the flow🌊..but in others I'm like hold up🤚 🤚 🤚
I decide what's best for me. I'm not gonna go with the flow on things that don't resonate in my soul. Can't do it.
🙅 🖕 🤦‍♀️
YA FEEL ME?!!
We all need time to quiet the outside noises.. the expectations.. the imposed set standards.
Take time to find you-- love YOU! Your worth the investment of putting time toward yourself. Trust me. I know it's hard (especially for parents). We all needier moments of zen.
🕉 📿 🔮
💗You belong.
💗You matter.
💗You add value.
💗You have a unique gift that the world needs.

Don't believe in you (yet)?? I say yet because you will.  👌 Hit me up and let's crush some goals together. Self love is a practice and Monday kicks off the next *free* group of virtual badassery!

To: YOU From: the UNIVERSE

What's your financial goals this year? ...No you don't have to actually tell me, but have you asked yourself that question? Most people don't set goals. It's the very reason most people don't get what they want out of life. #truestory

What's your Spirit Animal?

What's your Spirit Animal?

Spirit Animals

What is your spirit animal? Do you know?? It is something that many native and indigenous people have understood as part of our connection to nature. It is an animal who is there to guide you throughout your life. There are other animal guides that can come and go as messengers or to offer help through a tough time in your life. They are to be respected and appreciated so that you may honor their wisdom and use their lessons to improve your quality and understanding of life.

I am in no way an expert in this area; however, I do believe that I'm getting closer and closer to realizing what my own spirit animal is. I have always loved dolphins and said that in a next life (if that's a reality) I'd like to be one. I am absolutely terrified of the ocean tho...so it seems like a water animal probably isn't directly linked to my spirit this time around. LOL :) Ya never know...so I kept an open mind as I began to learn more about how to discover your spirit animal. They can also be called animal guides or totem animals as well.

I have learned that my astrological sign is one connected to the air symbol. I have began to realize the connection I've always had with the wind, air, sky and pretty much just looking up from my perspective as a land animal and admiring the sky. So yeah....air animals speak to my soul. *ding-ding-ding* Getting closer. I also have a strong connection to the idea of land animals. being one with Earth so...hmmmm. It can be a little confusing when you're just trying to think about it in order to figure it out.

The results and real progress is made through meditating. I use sage leaves and bless my area first. I say the intentions of finding and understanding and deeply connecting with my spirit animal. Then I sit to meditate and focus on calling someone to me...or inviting them to come be with me, rather. So this is a pretty awesome technique and I've started to really love it! This is something you'll need a little bit of practice with. Get comfortable with meditating before you try this as well or you might end up disappointed and feeling like it 'won't work for you'. It will. All things take some practice so, be patient.

During my meditations I've seen an eagle and a wolf. I've seen other animals I think but nothing stands out afterward accept these two animals. I have always seen the eagle...now that I've been thinking about it more and more over this past month. I always see an eagle flying in the sky. It's usually sunset but sometimes sunrise too. It's not a bald eagle either...I never notice a white head. Seems more brown or red. Very majestic and I never feel scared or anything. So I think this is my spirit animal. It was a little surprising to me honestly. I would have never thought I'd have a bird of prey as my spirit animal. I am not certain yet that it is, but it's looking liek it might be.

I also see a wolf pretty frequently. i haven't always seen the wolf though, which is why I think the eagle might be my actual animal spirit. Also, because I'm an air sign too. I'll see the wolf howling at the moon usually and I LOVE THE MOON so I always feel very connected to it and in the moment. I am a little confused as to which one is my spirit animal, but I plan on meditating every day until I figure it out. I'll let ya know once I figure it out.

Do you know your spirit animal? Were you surprised by it....and how did you discover it?

Start the day off right with this morning routine.

My Morning Routine

This is how I start my morning off. Each day is a gift and I try to be aware of that at all times. In order to live in a state of gratitude, I do these things at the start of each day. I like to recommend these things to the people on my team, so I decided to share it with everyone. Feel free to start this routine yourself, and let me know how you feel. You can do it in the order I do, or switch it up to something you're more comfortable with. Also, if you don't have enough time each morning to do all of these things, you can always do some later in the day or evening.

VISUALIZATION

I love to begin my day with thinking about my dreams. I visualize my huge goals and imagine as vividly as I can every single detail. I try to feel the feeling as well. What I mean by that is: I try to feel the excitement or joy or accomplishment that I will be feeling in the moment of reaching the goal. I also use a vision board. I take a few minutes each morning to look over it and visualize what I want in my life. I believe that what energy you send out into the universe will come back to you, so that's why I use visualization. It can also be used for much smaller tasks as well. You can visualize yourself getting a promotion or doing well at a meeting. I like to visualize myself living my best life and being the best version of myself that I can.

AFFIRMATIONS

I talk about affirmations all the time and it's because I love them. Saying positive things, again, puts all that positive energy out into the universe. As a physics nerd, I believe that the universe responds to this energy. It has to. This isn't some hocuk pocus, as many people might think. After studying quantum physics I became very aware of the ideas of our consciousness effecting our physical world. I say 'I am in perfect health and wellness'....and 'Abundance flows into my life with ease' a lot. Those are definitely the 2 I say most frequently. You can check my list of affirmations in this section of my blog as well. Use the positive saying to help remind you and keep you focused on your goals. You deserve to achieve your goals...tell yourself that, and build on it from there.

MEDITATE

I talk about meditation a lot. I believe everyone could benefit from this practice. Taking a few moments of silence for yourself has an amazing effect on the body, mind, and spirit. Try it by sitting in an area free of distraction. Breathe deeply. You can say a chant or prayer her if you like as well. I say 'om-mani-padme-hum' which is a chant used by Tibetan monks. I feel that this is something you shouldn't kip. Practice daily and reap so many rewards. It will start your day off peacefully and calmly.

EXERCISE

Make time for yourself to get in 30 minutes of exercise. Movement is critical to boosting mental clarity. My team and I are dedicated to completing a 30 minute workout each day. Most of use the 21 day fix; however, Beachbody offers so many other programs. There's something for everyone- no matter what your goals are. I'd love to have you on my team, so if you need some motivation in the area of fitness and nutrition- contact me. Coaching is my passion and I'd love to help you change your life.

READ

For those of you who know me-- you know that I'm obsessed with books. I read a lot! Like a really lot! I love it. I have many bookshelves in my house, and they're all overflowing. I use them as personal development. Everyone on my team does this too. *Job requirement ;) Personal development are books, audio books, webenars...something that helps you in an area you'd like to improve. We all need guidance toward personal growth and books are the perfect way to better yourself. My goal is to be better every day. Just try to be the best I can every day and never compete with anyone. I always suggest a minimum of 10 minutes on personal development. All other reading is a bonus. I bonus read a lot!

JOURNAL

Journaling helps you capture ideas and lessons learned. It will help you look back. You might be pleasantly surprised by your own insights when you re-read some of your stuff in the future. I use mine to be ever mindful to be grateful. I call mine my gratitude journal. lol. I love doing this...it's something I've always been fond of. I have many books with writing, drawing, poetry-- they're treasures. You owe it to yourself to journal.

So those are the things I do everyday to make sure I live my life with gratitude. These practices keep me mindful to appreciate all the things I have. I hope you give these a try. Let me know how they make you feel and if they're things you'll continue to do in the future.

Eating effects your spirituality

Eating effects your spirituality

How does what we eat effect our consciousness

For millions of people around the world, food has become the subject of much confusion and conflict. What?...FOOD?!!? There are people who suffer from eating disorders, weight-loss dramas constantly, addictions, cravings, body-image obsession and among all the chaos there's always a heated debate on which way of eating is 'best'. The world today has most people out of touch with the spiritual connection to food. We rarely think of what's on our plate as nourishment. Instead we eat fast, wash it down with soft drinks, and don't get enough physical activity.

Some people say that food is fuel, and on a certain level I agree, but ultimately- our bodies are not machines. We're animals and our connection to our food should very much be a spiritual one. Through awareness of our body/spirit relationship we can begin to better understand what nutrients we need. No matter how much you work on your body or on yourself spiritually- your diet will always be the deciding factor in the way you feel.

A diet high and fat and chemical-laden ingredient can make even the lightest spirit feel heavy. The opposite is also true and certain types of meals can greatly improve someone's spirit, mind, and heart. The spiritual connection to food has been missing for too long, but more and more people are re-learning the importance of growing your own organic produce. ***I hope to grow everything a vegan family needs on a few acres when we get a house.***

Food is the dynamic force which interacts with humans on a physical body level. The very intelligence of the human system to turn what ever is ingested into ones self is the same intelligence that is abundant in the universe. Ask yourself a few questions that will help you get to the root of your relationship with food. Start by thinking about what good nutrition means to you and what the purpose of having proper nutrition is to you.

There are four aspects of food: biological, psychological, spiritual, and social. As you begin to identify your relationship with each aspect of food, your mental clarity becomes more acute. I am not the kind of person who will judge you for believing something different than myself. Please show me the same kindness. (in other words, don't write a comment about how disagree and go on to explain how 'right' your way is. lol. no thanks) I have personally chosen a vegan lifestyle for a variety of reasons:

  1. First and foremost, I believe animals have feelings. To inflict pain and suffering on any creature is wrong in my belief. The subjugation of any soul goes against your own souls enlightenment. If you don't think animals feel pain or get absolutely terrified by their imminent death, then I encourage you to watch any documentary on the slaughter of animals. There are a lot of vegan documentaries that show the cruelty and highlight the deplorable conditions to offer a better understanding of the major impact it has on the world.
  2. My second reason is such a close runner up. These 2 reasons are my main heartaches and I wish people understood the implications of environmental factors. If you don't believe animals you eat have the same feelings as the one you pet and let lay at your feet-- ok fine. I can't understand that, but no judgement. There is no way to deny the huge environmental issues. The United Nations has released an over 400 page document outlining the NEED for vegan diets to be the way we eat. The toxic waste produced from livestock is far more than every car on the planet combined. The annual stats are staggering and recommend looking them up. The water used per pound of meat is an outrage. We do not have food and water shortages on this planet. We have a disproportunate distribution of resources and a misguided idea of health.
  3. My third reason, making my trifecta for being vegan complete, is...HEALTH! You might have guessed. lol. A vegan diet is rich in fiber which will help you feel full and prevent cravings for junk. There are so many more vitamins and minerals in a vegan diet as well. Vegan diets decrease blood cholesterol due to the fact that most vegan food are very low in cholesterol levels. Regularity is perfect and working exactly as it should be. Most people suffer from mild to severe digestion problems. A normalized body weight is also something most vegan people report. There aren't sugar spikes or ups and down with weight issues as a result and many vegan people report the need for a doctor or prescription medications.

Well- there you have it...my reasons for becoming vegan. Like I said before, no judgement to those of you who have a different lifestyle than my own. Live and let live-- it's kinda my motto now ;) I think a connection with our food on a deeper level will inspire more and more people to live and eat a plant-based lifestyle.  Let me know if you have any questions or want to share your own story. I'd love to hear how you're rocking your journey of being the best version of yourself.

Using affirmations to keep your chakras open

Affirmations and Chakras

What are affirmations? To affirm is the assertion that something exists or is true and affirmations are statements aimed toward affecting ones conscious and subconscious mind. While saying an affirmation one automatically and very much involuntarily see a mental image. The stronger and more focused one can make these images- the more powerful the affirmation. Repeating an affirmation (or many) will continuously remind a person of the good things they're attracting into their lives. This will influence ones behavior, habits, actions, and reactions.

What do affirmations do? They can do whatever it is you need them to do. I am going to be providing a list of affirmations to use to keep ones chakras aligned and opened, but honestly they can be used to help attract anything one wants. They can be used to motivate, inspire, increase confidence, self love, humility, decreased stress...the list could go on forever. There is no shortage of ways affirmations can be used.

What are chakras? I've discussed this in other blogs, but a very basic description is that they are centers of energy within the body. They can be both over active and under active. Having them open and aligned is optimal for overall well being. When ones chakras are open and aligned their instincts, feeling, and thoughts would operate harmoniously. Almost everyone can benefit from some sort of chakra adjusting.

Here's a link to a much more in depth understanding of each chakra as well as an explaination of how one feels when it is either under active or over active:

http://jillyanbusbywellness.com/jillyanbusbyspirit-journal/chakrasandcrystals/1/18/2016

Now here are some affirmations for each chakra that help to keep it opened and aligned. You can pick one for each chakra or as many as you like. The Spiritual Laws

THE SEVEN SPIRITUAL LAWS OF SUCCESS

I read a book called The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra and it profoundly changed the way I view myself and my relationship with others. I am going to share the basic laws and go into a very brief explanation with you. If this is something that peeks your interest even slightly- I highly recommend reading the whole book. If this resonates deeply with you- then you'll get more from this book than I can describe personally. It is honestly one of those things you read, and are changed forever by it.

  1.  LAW OF PURE POTENTIALITY - If you have a desire, you have the ability to manifest that desire. Manifestation is a very powerful technique used to align ones self with the universal energy of abundance. This relationship makes the idea of manifesting what seems impossible an easy practice.
  2.  LAW OF GIVING - If you want joy, you must create joy for others. If you want love, give love freely. This law teaches us to give fully the things we we want in return. Many successful people feel this incredible urge to give back...it is this gift that keeps you rewarded the same.
  3.  LAW OF KARMA - This law represents the idea of reaping what one sows. This is a lovely reminder to plant good seeds. *organic, non GMO ;)
  4.  LAW OF LEAST EFFORT - Things work naturally with minimal effort if all is in proper alignment. Grass doesn't try to grow and fish don't try to swim...they just do. Naturally. When one practices acceptance and responsibility a defenselessness an eased state of being is achieved.
  5.  LAW OF INTENTION AND DESIRE - When ones intention is pointed and focused and their attention is fixated on their goal the universe responds to this unbending will with directed purpose. If you desire something bad enough and have a vision for achieving the goal- it will happen. It has to.
  6.  LAW OF DETACHMENT - In order to acquire anything, you must first relinquish your attachment to it. This is perhaps my favorite because it is the most challenging.
  7.  LAW OF 'DHARMA' - Everyone has a purpose in life. We all have a unique gift or special talent to offer.

Some basics to understand about meditating.

Some basics to understand about meditating.

     SOME OF THE BASICS

Meditating has become increasingly popular in recent years and it's so awesome!!! It literally makes me want to jump up and down in pure delight. The only thing I've noticed, is that many people don't fully understand what meditation is. Some people think it's nothing more than mental concentration while others think of it as a visualization technique. There are still those who think the ultimate goal is for stress relief and gain a sense of peace. These concepts are all true, yet each only a sliver of what the practice will bring to your life. Ultimately you will learn to slow down your thoughts and focus your breathing in a way that will silence all that is not of importance in your life. Eventually, you'll stop your mind from constantly being on overdrive by bringing a certain sense of awareness and consciousness to every single thought and action in your life.

Meditation is a state of mindfullness...of awareness. It isn't an act of doing anything once you reach the level of awareness I'm talking about. Yes, you physically do the practice of meditating, but the state of deep, profound peace...a calmness and silence that you take with you well after your session is finished. That-- is the ultimate purpose of this practice: using meditation to take you on a journey inward. A transformation that takes you to a higher level of awareness and closer towards the fulfillment of our true human potential.

The first thing to understand is that meditation is simple. This isn't something reserved for the monks. I love the Tibetan monks and frequently use their mala beads in some of my practices. This can be done any time anywhere. Some people may have learned from a very experienced person or teacher; however, some people are self-taught. Either way, some people go deep in to a medative state quickly while others must learn to let the thoughts come and go with ease until eventually they stop coming during your practice all together. I am self-taught. I began by using singing bowls, chanting, and mala beads. These are tools to help me focus, but not necessary. I believe the main reason people think of meditation as a difficult is because they try way too hard to concentrate and become overly attached to the result.

The next understanding is that meditating isn't stopping your thoughts or completely emptying your mind. Both will lead to your frustration ;) Instead of thinking about stopping them, instead focus on calming them. As you begin meditating regularly, you'll find that place between your thoughts which is silent. Then you'll learn how to make those silent spaces longer than the thoughts floating in and out. In that space you realize that you are an observer of your thoughts, not the controller. That mindset shift will transcend into all aspects of your life and you'll never be the same.

A little known understanding is that the effects of meditation can take place rather quickly. Most people can easily identify with the long-tern benefits of meditating, but can over look the sort-term ones. People experience decreased anxiety and increased feelings of calmness. There are many people who claim to have an improved memory, become more empathetic to people or situations, and have a heightened sense of self awareness.

The next understanding is that is doesn't have to take very long at all. A few minutes of meditation is better than none. We all have busy lives and crazy schedules, but don't forget that taking just a few minutes a day to focus on your breath and silence your thoughts is better than skipping it all together. It may sound like somewhat of a paradox, but when you make just a few minutes each day dedicated toward your meditation practice, over time you'll start to notice you have more and more time to take for yourself. During your meditation sessions- your breathing and heart rate slow down, blood pressure lowers and the body decreases its production of stress hormones.

Another understanding that some people may miss is that meditation practices don't require you to be either a religious or spiritual person. You could be, but you could just as easily not be. It doesn't matter in the slightest. Meditation is beneficial to everyone, no matter what your belief system is. The purpose of meditating is to reach that inner quiet. The numerous physical and mental health benefits that come are a bonus for sure, but ultimately the experience of inner calmness and strength is the goal.

Finally my last bit of info that helps make understanding aspects of meditation a little clearer is that there are daily benefits. I know this one might seem redundant, but it really isn't. Yeah all of the things like peace and calm are amazing, but you get so much more than just those things. It will transcend into so many areas of your life. The different areas of your life that are effected is the real benefit to this practice. From a meditative practice, you'll carry the stillness and the calm from that silence with you everywhere you go and in everything that you do. You will be more mindful, compassionate, and loving toward yourself and those around you. Now isn't that worth while?!!? I THINK SO :)

How Your Emotions Effect Your Well Being

This post has a lot to do with your body, but I chose to put it in the spirit category because with some fine tuning of ourselves- I believe the body is capable of healing itself. The actions of consciously connecting your emotional state to its physical effects could bring an awareness of your spiritual self that can then guide the body into alignment.

I believe that people operate from either a state of consciousness or unconsciousness. How many people just go through the motions without living in any of the moments?!!? We rarely realize weather or not our actions, or even our thoughts are coming from a place of fear or love. Many people think that hate is the opposite of love, but I truly believe it's fear. Fear is what holds people back-- it keeps them from living whole heartedly.

Fear and love are the only two feelings from which people base themselves upon and our emotions are the deciding factors. I often think that there's a bunch of confusion on the difference in feelings and emotions. To me, our feelings are what comes from the heart and is directly connected to our level of awareness and consciousness. Our emotions, on the other hand, is everything else. Happiness, peace, excitement, resentment, anger, anxiety...etc. Even the words themselves confer up emotions. Our emotions determine where were come from as far as our feeling toward ourselves, others, the worlds as a whole is concerned.

Here are some emotions and how they can impact your body:

  1. Anger weakens your liver. Next time your mad- dig deeper and ask yourself what is it about yourself that finds the situation so intolerable. Or ask yourself if it is worth the harm to yourself to even extend the energy of being angry. If you dies tomorrow...is it worth the fuss?
  2. Grief weakens your lungs. Sometimes people get sad and it's perfectly natural and healthy. What isn't healthy is wallowing in misery or not forcing yourself to keep on going. Depression is a silent killer and anything you can do to boost endorphins and get that happy juice flowing..is a gift!
  3. Worrying weakens your stomach. This is a leading cause in an improper diet as well. Eating a lot of the wrong food is obviously going to take it's toll on your tummy.
  4. Stress weakens your brain...and your heart. In this hustle and bustle life most of us lead- we have to learn to take time and destress ourselves. We all know that yoga and meditational my things :)
  5. Fear weakens your kidneys. I believe that fear weakens all of your internal organs because they aren't in harmony when a person operates from a feeling of fear.
  6. Laughter reduces stress.
  7. Smiling automatically released serotonin and dopamine increasing your happiness...and guess what- it spreads to others. Do it often :)
  8. Love bring peace and harmony in ones life. Give it freely and be open to receiving it the same way. It strengthens your mind, body, & spirit.

     COLORING IS COOL

Okay...so coloring is cool, but why do I consider it part of ones spiritual health? I have always enjoyed coloring as a person who's pretty creative, but the thing about it- is it connects all of us to the simpler time when we were all creative. When we were children. As a child, we were happy to express ourselves using color without thinking of how it would turn out in the end or if the colors matched or 'went' together. We just let that creative energy flow..we did this until somewhere along the way someone said you weren't creative or 'naturally talented' in artistic expression. Or perhaps you heard how talented and amazing you were and as a result learned to value creativity. It's often the simple difference between a person who stays true to their passion and the person who quits or gives up on dance, art, sports, drama, choir, making model planes, fashion design dreams, yo-yo, magic tricks...etc..

Why don't we put as much value in creative energy as we do toward logical energy?!!? We need both to switch from a competitive society to a cooperative one. So is coloring going to change that? Maybe. Perhaps it's a tool we can use to remind us of the importance of including both forms of energy and activity into our lives. But how?

I talk about meditating a lot, but for many people they just don't know how. How to let their mind go blank and be in a relaxed state. This trance like bliss connects you will the universal abundance. Many people have found that coloring (especially mandalas), can produce very similar experiences. Your brain waves become very much like those of a person in meditation. It is the relaxed state of mind that produces bliss. Told ya-- t's cool.

I love to color mandalas, but there are so many coloring books. I see them everywhere now and recently heard that they are the top 6/10 sellers on amazon. I absolutely love that this is becoming a popular habit for people. It means people are relaxing, being creative, and enjoying therapeutic energy similar to meditation. Also, when I say you can find them from super simple, to funny, to swear word, or for stoners, or star wars, garden lovers, you name it-- I'm sure it's out there :)

Do you color? Are you willing to try?
